高效液相色谱法测定小儿润肺止咳口服液中橙皮苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定小儿润肺止咳口服液中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固体相(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:A为10%甲醇-甲醇(75:25),流速:1ml/min,检测波长:284nm。结果以峰面积对进样浓度线性回归,得回归方程:Y=0.05803X-1.242,线性范围:25.20～126.0μg/ml,r=0.9999。橙皮苷回收率为99.5%;RSD为2.0%。结论本法测定结果准确,操作简便,精密度好,可用于小儿润肺止咳口服液中橙皮苷的含量测定。Objective To develop an high performance liquid chromatography quantitative method for determination of hesperidin in Xiao＇er Runfeizhike Koufuye.Methods The chromatographic conditions included column C18（150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm）and the mobile phase of 10% methanol-methanol（75：25）.The flow rate was 1 ml/min and monitored at 284 nm.Results The regress equation for hesperidin was Y=0.0580 3X-1.242,r=0.9999 and the linear range was 25.20-126.0 μg/ml.The average recovery of hesperidin was 99.5%,RSD 2.0%.Conclusion This method is simple,time-saving and accurate.It can be used for routine analysis of hesperidin in Xiao＇er Runfeizhike Koufuye.
