摘 要:将宣传工作延伸到农村基层社会和农民的心理深层,对分散的乡土社会进行动员和整合,是中国共产党的重要创造。通过"宣传下乡",改变农村的乡土地方意识和家族意识,强化农民的阶级、政党和国家意识,将亿万个体分散的农民整合到阶级、政党和国家的整体体系中。在"宣传下乡"的过程中,形成了由宣传组织、宣传形式和宣传活动构成的机制,将党和国家意志输入到乡土社会,成功地实现了党和国家上层与乡土社会基层在精神意识形态上的联通,使得在生产方式并未发生根本性变化的前提条件下农民意识却发生了重大变化。One of the Communist Party of China' s important contributions is to extend publicity to the basic levels of rural society and the depth of farmers ' heart and mobilize and integrate the dispersed rural society. "Extending publicity to the countryside" helps overcome farmers' provincialism and clan consciousness and enhance their consciousness of class, political party and state, thus integrating the hundreds of millions of discrete farmers into the whole system of class, political party and state. In the course of "extending publicity to the countryside" a ho- listic mechanism of publicity organizations, forms and activities comes into being, introducing the will of the CPC and the state into the rural society. In this way a meeting of minds is successfully achieved between the top levels of the Party and state and the local levels of rural society and vital changes take place in the farmers' consciousness before no fundamental changes are seen in the mode of production.
