血清样本反复冻融对甲状腺功能相关实验室指标检测结果的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究血清样本反复冻融对甲状腺功能相关实验室指标(TT3、TT4、TSH、FT3、FT4)检测结果的影响。方法:将未冻融过的20份甲状腺功能检查患者血清样本进行TT3、TT4、TSH、FT3、FT4的检测,检测结果作为基准参考水平,将检测后的血清-25℃冻存,复融后再次进行TT3、TT4、TSH、FT3、FT4定量检测,重复进行,直至检测结果与基准参考水平相比较有统计学意义。结果:冻融1次的血清样本,除TSH外检测结果与基准水平均有显著性差异(P<0.05),反复冻融2次以上的血清样本检测结果与基准水平均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:用于甲状腺功能检测的血清样本不宜冷冻储存,最好采血当天进行检测,否则会影响检测结果的准确性。O b jective：To study the effect ofmu ltip le freeze-thaw cyc les on laboratory ind icators of thyroid function in serum.M ethod s：The serum s of 20 non-freeze-thaw ing spec im ens from patients w ith thyroid function tests were TT3,TT4,TSH,FT3,FT4 test,the test resu lts as a baseline reference levels,w ill detect the serum after freezing 25 degrees below zero,again af-ter the resumption of financ ial TT3,TT4,TSH,FT3,FT4 quantitative analysis,repeated until the test resu lts compared w ith the baseline reference level of statistical sign ificance.R esu lts：Freezing and thaw ing of serum samp les 1,in add ition to the baseline TSH level outside the test resu lts were sign ificantly d ifferent（P0.05）,more than 2 tim es freezing and thaw ing of serum sam-p les w ith the benchm ark test resu lts were sign ificantly d ifferent（P0.05）.C onc lu sion：For thyroid function shou ld not be fro-zen storage of serum samp les,the best day of testing b lood,otherw ise itw ill affect the accuracy of test resu lts.
