海宁市1792例过敏患者过敏源结果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解海宁市过敏源的种类及分布情况。方法:用德国Mediwiss公司的AllergyScreen免疫印迹试验系统检测血清中的特异性IgE抗体。结果:有48.7%(873/1792)患者检测到阳性结果,以屋尘最高(703例,39.2%),其次是户尘螨、猫毛皮屑、狗毛皮屑、羊肉、牛奶、虾、鸡蛋白等。结论:吸入性过敏源明显高于食入性过敏源。吸入性过敏源以屋尘最高,相当数量患者同时对多个过敏源阳性。Objective：To investigate the distribution and sorts of allergen in and around Haining,Zhejiang. Methods： The specific IgE antibody of allergen were quantitated by immunoblot method using Mediwiss allergen detection system. Results： 48.7% （873/1792） positive ratio were detected among the patients. The dermatophagoides pterongssinus was（ 703,39.2% ）in the positive sample, which ranking the first in the detection, followed by the dust acarid, cat hair, doghair, mutton, shrimp, chicken and so on. Conclusion： The number of cases with inhaled allergen is apparently bigger than the number of cases with food allev- gen, among which the derrnatophagoides pterong ssiwus having the highest positire ratio, Aud with the food allergens, mutton tops the list . Quite a few samples were positive in more than one allergens.
