北京市昌平区社区老年人群伤害发生现况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解昌平区社区老年人伤害的发生现状和主要危险因素。方法:按照整群抽样的方法,随机抽取某一社区,调查社区内所有年龄≥60岁的老年人;伤害按照国际疾病分类法(ICD-10)中损伤和中毒分为14大类。结果:跌倒是造成昌平区社区老年人伤害的主要原因,且女性更容易跌倒;农村社区老年人跌倒发生率高于城镇;伤害常发生于居住小区内(占73.3%),其中51.1%的伤害发生在家中(占70.3%),而跌倒更多地发生于室外(χ2=13.8,P<0.01);伤害主要发生在白天上午发生率(占85.1%)最高,夜间发生率最低;跌倒的发生率有明显的季节性,秋冬季显著高于春夏季(χ2=14.09,P<0.01)。结论:老年伤害需要多部门协调合作,社会、家庭和个人共同努力,提高老年人保健知识,改变不良和高危行为,为老年人营造一个安全愉快的环境,为进一步建立安全社区以及示范社区打好基础。Objective：Changping District,about the incidence of injury among the elderly community status and risk factors.Methods： In accordance with the method of cluster sampling,random sampling of a community survey in the community of all ages ≥ 60 years old;injury in accordance with the International Classification of Diseases（ICD-10） in the injury and poisoning were divided into 14 categories.Results： Falling is the cause injury to the elderly community in Changping District,the main reason,and women more easily fall;high incidence of falls in older people in rural communities in cities and towns;injury often occurred in the residential district of（73.3%）,of which 51.1% of injuries occurred in the home（70.3%）,and fall more occurred in outdoor（χ2= 13.8,P0.01）;injuries occurred mainly during the day and the morning of the incidence（85.1%） the highest,at night the lowest incidence;fall in the incidence of obvious seasonal,autumn and winter were significantly higher than in spring and summer（χ2=14.09,P0.01）.Conclusion： Old injuries require multisectoral coordination and cooperation,social,family and individual efforts to improve elderly health knowledge,change their unhealthy and high-risk behavior,for the elderly to create a safe and pleasant environment,safe communities,and to further establish a model community in future.
