摘 要:目的通过比较导赤散及其加味组中马兜铃酸A的含量,探索导赤散临证合药增效减毒的作用。方法色谱柱为symmetry ODS(C18,4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流速为1mL/min;温度为室温;检测波长为250nm;流动相为乙腈/(水+冰醋酸)58∶42(v/v)。结果关木通组、导赤散组、导赤散+当归组、导赤散+车前子组和导赤散+黄连组的马兜铃酸A含量分别为:0.1706、0.1195、0.1219、0.0249和0.0265mg/L。结论导赤散配伍车前子、或黄连后,马兜铃酸A的含量能显著降低。Objective To compare with the contents of aristolochic acid A in Daochi power and Modified Daochi powers,study on synergy and reducing poison effects of Modified Daochi powers in clinical application.Methods The analytical column was symmetry ODS C18 column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),the mobile phase consisted of a mixture,acetonitrile-acetic acid 58∶42(v/v).The detection wavelength was 250nm.The column was at room temperature.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.Results The contents of aristolochic acid A in Caulis aristolochiae manshuriensis group,the Daochi power group,Daochi power+angelica group,Daochi power+ plantago seed group and Daochi power+rhizoma coptidis group were 0.1706,0.1195,0.1219,0.0249 and 0.0265mg/L individually.Conclusion The concentration of aristolochic acid A in Daochi powder decreased significantly after plantago seed or rhizoma coptidis were added in.
