摘　　要：高水平大学排名旨在通过排名发挥评价指标体系的导向作用,为我国高水平大学的建设与发展提供一个竞争平台。高水平大学排名指标体系的构建原则为:以质量为核心,以卓越为标准;以全面反映大学使命为主旨,教学和科研并重;以促进大学特色化发展为目标。指标体系包括师资队伍、人才培养、科学研究和学科建设四个一级指标、九个二级指标。筛选出的50所大学是我国国家创新体系和高等教育的中坚力量,代表我国高等院校的最高水平。The ranking of high-level universities aims to play the guiding role of system of evaluation through ranking, so as to afford us a competition platform for the construction and development of Chinese high-level universities. The principles of constructing the ranking system of high-level universities are as follows： taking the quality as the core and taking the excellence as standard; taking the overall reflection of university mission as the main goal, and attaching importance to teaching and research; taking the promotion of characteristics development of the university as the objective. The ranking system of high-level universities includes four primary indexes and nine secondary indexes as teaching staff, talents cultivation, science research and subject construction. With the help of data analysis, we have screened out 50 universities, which can be the backbone of national innovation system and higher education in China, and the representation of the highest-level of Chinese universities as well.
