摘　　要：目的:探讨对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停-低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的护理和健康教育。方法:对44例OSAHS患者采用积极的心理护理和健康教育,严密的围术期监护及术后的观察与护理。结果:44例手术患者术后鼾声明显变小或消失,AHI由术前的重度降为轻度或正常,无严重并发症。结论:手术治疗是解决重度OSAHS的有效方法。充分评估,制定合理有效的护理措施及相应的健康教育,可以帮助患者提高手术耐受力,减少并发症的重要手段。Objective：To discuss the nursing and health education to the patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） and to improve their tolerance to operation,the effectiveness of post-operative recovery and the quality of life.Methods：44 cases of OSAHS adopted active psychological nursing and health education.The careful perioperative monitoring and postoperative observation,treatment and nursing were performed.Results：Snoring was lessened or eliminated in 44 cases.Apnea-hypopnea index（AHI） was decreased from severe level preoperatively to mild or normal level postoperatively without severe complications.Conclusion：Operation is an effective way to treat severe OSAHS.Comprehensive evaluation,appropriate and effective nursing measures and relevant health education are important methods to help the improvement of the tolerance to operation,increase the success rate of operation and decrease complications.
