摘　　要：根据高校图书馆电子资源投入产出的特点,可将电子资源的资源数量、订阅经费和保障电子资源运行而投入的硬件成本作为电子资源的投入指标,将图书馆通过电子资源获得的直接经济收入、电子资源的利用情况和师生的科研成果作为电子资源的产出指标。电子资源投入产出绩效评价实际上就是对电子资源投入与产出过程的一种说明。根据一定的构建原则,电子资源的投入指标与产出指标共同构成电子资源投入产出绩效评价指标体系。Based on characteristics of input and output of electronic resources in university libraries, electronic resources input indicators include the subscription amount and price of electronic resources, the hardware costs; electronic resources output indicators include the direct economic income, the utilization of electronic resources and indirect scientific research achievements by users. The performance evaluation of input and output of electronic resources is actually a description of input process and output process. According to certain construction principles, electronic resource input indicators and output indicators constitute the performance evaluation indicator system for input and output of electronic resources.
