摘　　要：面对电子期刊的冲击,当前的纸质期刊工作应承认自身的局限并在某些方面让位于电子期刊,同时冷静分析自身优势,强化特色资源建设与特色服务,与电子期刊协调互补,充分利用各种先进的现代信息技术提升工作效率和服务水平。Facing the challenge of e-journals, the printed journals work should recognize their own deficiencies and give way to e-journals; tap their own advantages; strengthen the resources construction and special services; coordinate with e-journals; and take full advantage of modern technologies to enhance the level of printed journals work.
