摘　　要：[目的]掌握大汶河流域居民的死亡水平、死因谱和人群分布特征,为制订疾病预防控制措施提供依据。[方法]2005年9～12月,对大汶河主干流域部分常住居民进行调查。[结果]在流域6个县调查研究区34个乡镇、对照区10个乡镇。2002～2004年年均标化死亡率,研究区为683.39/10万,对照区为610.92/10万(P<0.01);上游、中游、下游年均标化死亡率,研究区分别为485.03/10万、737.55/10万、844.74/10万(P<0.01),对照区分别为499.20/10万、839.92/10万、586.22/10万(P<0.01),均为研究区高于对照区(P<0.01)。全部人群、研究区和对照区居民死亡例数最多的前3位死因均为循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤和意外伤害,这3种死因死亡数在全部死因死亡数中所占比例分别为82.96%、85.50%和84.78%。[结论]大汶河流域居民死亡水平较高,循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤和意外伤害是当地居民的主要死因。[Objective] To understand the level of death,death causes,and the population distribution in the Dawen river area,so as to provide basis for the development of disease prevention and control measures.[Methods]From September to December in 2005,an investigation was made on some permanent residents in the main Dawen river area.[Results]34 as study areas and 10 as control areas were investigated in 6 counties of the main areas of Dawen river.From 2002 to 2004,the average annual standardized mortality rate in the study area was 683.39/105,the control area was 610.92/105（P0.01）;in the upper reaches,mid-reaches and lower-reaches,the average annual standardized mortality rate was,in the study area 485.03/105,737.55/105 and 844.74/105（P0.01）,in the control area 499.20/105,839.92/105,and 586.22/105（P0.01）,the study area was higher than the control area（P0.01）.The top three causes of death were circulatory diseases,cancer and accidental injuries,accounting for 82.96%,85.50% and 84.78% in the total number of deaths.[Conclusion]The level of death is high among residents in the Dawen river area,and circulatory diseases,cancer and accidental injuries are the leading causes of death among local residents.
