基层疾控机构文化建设现状与对策研究

摘　　要：[目的]分析基层疾控机构文化建设的现状和存在的问题,提出搞好疾控文化建设的对策。[方法]本文通过选取13个市、县级疾控中心为样本进行问卷调查,共发放问卷461份,收回有效问卷425份,运用五点量表法,利用SPSS13.0对问卷进行分析。[结果]问卷"对疾控事业的认知"部分平均得分4.74,"对单位的认知"部分平均得分3.79,"自我认识"部分平均得4.56分,"家庭观念和社会观念"部分平均得4.35分。[结论]根据文化建设现状和存在的问题,设计出以五个层面、五个特性、五项品牌为主要内容的建设方案,并在13个疾控中心应用推广,取得明显成效。[Objective] To analyze the cultural status and problems and put forward the countermeasures for cultural construction at grass-roots centers for disease control and prevention.[Methods]13 city or county CDCs were sampled to conduct a survey,461 quetionnaires were distributed,425 eligible ones were recovered,and were analyzed with the five-point scale and SPSS 13.0.[Results]The first part of questionnaire named as ＂cognition on the CDC cause＂ had an average score of 4.74,the second part named as ＂cognition on the CDC＂ had an average score of 3.79,the third part named as ＂self awareness＂ had an average score of 4.56,and the last part named as ＂family values and social attitudes＂ had an average score of 4.35.[Conclusion]A program of cultural construction has been designed,which concludes five levels,five features and five brands,and applied with obvious effect in 13 CDCs.
