太湖北侧闾江口两个不同环境水土植被钉螺生存的模拟实验

摘　　要：[目的]了解不同环境水土植被条件下钉螺的孳生特点,探讨城市化背景下血吸虫病流行因素的变化。[方法]采集闾江口直湖港闾江河和太湖内滩池塘的水土植被,于2009年3月21日至7月6日,分别进行钉螺生存的模拟实验,观察钉螺的存活情况,比较100d存活率。检测两个点水样和土样的理化指标。[结果]水样的溶氧量内滩池高于闾江河(P<0.01),氨氮和氯化物内滩池低于闾江河(P<0.01),其他指标2个点的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);土样的Mg2+含量闾江河低于内滩池(P<0.01),其他指标2个点的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。钉螺100d存活率为67.00%,其中A箱、B箱、C箱、D箱分别为59.67%、62.00%、68.33%、78.00%(P<0.01);两两比较,D箱高于A箱、B箱、C箱(P<0.01),C箱高于A箱(P<0.05);B箱与A箱、C箱的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]太湖内滩池塘的水土植被环境较闾江河更适于钉螺的存活。[Objective] To understand the features of oncomelania breeding in different conditions of water-soil and vegetation,and explore the changes of epidemiological factors of schistosomiasis on the background of urbanization.[Methods]A simulation experiment was performed in water-soil and vegetation that were collected from Lujiangkou Zhihu port Lujiang river and Taihu Lake beach pond from March 21 to July 6,2009.The snails life were identified and the survival rates of 100 d were compared.The physical and chemical indicators of water-soil sample from two points were detected.[Results]Dissolved oxygen in water samples from beach pool was higher than Lujiang river（P0.01）.Ammonia and chloride in the water from beach pool were lower than Lujiang river（P0.01）.There was no statistical significance in other indicators of water between beach pool and Lujiang river（P0.05）.Mg2＋ in soil sample from Lujiang river was lower than beach pool（P0.01）.There was no statistical significance in other indicators of soil between beach pool and Lujiang river（P0.05）.The survival rates of 100 d was 67.00%,of which A box,B box,C box,and D box were 59.67%,62.00%,68.33%,and 78.00%（P0.01）,multiple comparison（SNK）results indicated that no significant differences were detected among the group B and A,C（P0.05）.The group D was higher than group A,B,C（P0.05）,the group C was higher than group A（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The water-soil and vegetation of Taihu Lake beach pond is more suitable than Lujiang river＇s for survival of snail.
