摘　　要：[目的]了解山东省城市中学生伤害相关行为流行状况,为进一步制定中学生伤害的防制措施提供依据。[方法]2008年4～5月,在山东省部分地区对9120名城市中学生进行问卷调查。[结果]调查9120名中学生,骑车者在过去30d内曾骑车违章者占56.99%,在过去30d内曾步行违章者占60.76%,过去12个月里游泳者在非安全场所游泳者占22.66%。曾经与他人打架的占25.12%,感觉无安全感的占6.62%;出现出走意愿、出走未遂、离家出走的分别占30.87%、7.04%和6.75%;感觉孤独的占11.86%,有抑郁情绪的占15.62%;有自杀意愿、自杀计划和自杀未遂的分别占12.11%、7.62%、4.31%。[结论]山东省城市中学生存在各种伤害危险行为,应引起重视。[Objective] To know the staus of injuries related behaviors among middle school students in Shandong,so as to provide basis for working out injury prevention measures.[Methods]A questionnaire survey was conducted among 9 120 students sampled from some middle schools in Shandong,2008.[Results]Of 9 120 students surveyed,56.99% violated traffic regulations,60.76% once walked in the past 30 days violating regulations,22.66% swam in informal swimming pools and 25.12% had physical fight in schools.6.62% felt insecure.Those who had leaving will,leaving attempts,running away from home accounted for 30.87%,7.04% and 6.75% respectively;Those who felt alone accounted for 11.86%,depression accounting for 15.62%;having suicidal tendencies,suicide plans and suicide attempts accounted for 12.11 %,7.62%,and 4.31% respectively.[Conclusion]There are injury-risk behaviors among the middle school students,attention should be aroused.
