摘　　要：[目的]了解克拉玛依市疾病预防控制机构人力资源的现状,为加强疾控机构人才队伍建设,优化人力资源配置提供依据。[方法]2009年中国疾病预防控制基本信息系统导出相关数据,运用Excel软件进行统计分析。[结果]2009年克拉玛依市、区级疾病预防控制机构均存在人员不足情况,编制缺编率25.5%,市级缺编率12.9%,区级缺编率33.3%,市、区级每万人口疾病预防控制在岗人数分别为1.9、1.1;人员年龄结构偏大,工作年限以20年以上为主,学历以本科和专科为主;职称以中级和初级为主,专业以医学为主,从事流行病岗位为主,人员流动主要是招入新毕业生。[结论]克拉玛依市疾病预防控制机构人员素质、人员配置和专业结构与国家规定仍有差距,应做进一步调整和优化。[Objective] To understand the current status of human resources at centers for disease control and prevention in Karamay city,so as to provide basis for strengthening the talent forces construction,and optimizing the allocation of human resources.[Methods]In 2009,statistical analysis was made with Excel software on basic data derived from China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention.[Results]In 2009,the city and district-level centers for disease control and prevention were understaffed in Karamay city,the rate of vacancies was 25.5%.12.9% in the city,and 33.3% in districts,the disease control and prevention personnel per 10 000 in the post were 1.9,and 1.1 respectively;the staff age structure was too old,the working life was mainly above 20 years,undergraduate education and specialist-based;intermediate and junior professional tittles,medicine as the main major,epidemic as the main post,new graduates enrolled as the main influx.[Conclusion]In quality of personnel,staffing and professional structure at centers for disease control and prevention in Karamay city,there is still a gap between the national regulations,further adjustment and optimization should be made.
