摘　　要：利用美国科学情报所出版的 SCI引文数据和《中国科技论文统计分析》的引文数据 ,用科学计量学方法 ,对我国基础性研究的学科发展水平与世界的相应水平进行比较研究 ,以期为管理者提供决策依据。Using the SCI citation data published by American Institute for Scientific Information and the citation data from“A statistical analysis on Chinese scientific and technical articles”,this paper comparatively studies the developing level of the fundamental research disciplines at home and abroad with the method of scientometrics to provide a decision basis for administrators.
