摘　　要：走中国特色新型工业化道路需要大批面向行业的集专业知识、专业技能及信息技术于一体的高级工程人才。本文分析了工程人才培养存在的问题,提出了创新型高级工程人才的培养和管理模式;通过中南大学创新型高级工程人才试验班的实践,对这类新型人才的培养与管理进行了有益的探索和研究。A large number of advanced engineering talents with professional knowledge, professional skills, and information technology are needed in taking the road of building new industrialization with Chinese characteristics. The paper first analyzes the problems in engineering talent cultivation and proposes a cultivation and management mode for innovative advanced engineering talents. Then it makes useful exploration and research on the new mode of talent cultivation based on cultivation and management practice of the innovative advanced engineering talents test class in Central South University.
