摘　　要：产业集聚导致特定空间的商务成本变动，是推动产业空间结构调整的重要因素，把握这二者之间的动态关系，对于寻求产业升级的有效路径具有重要意义。本文将商务成本内在构成纳入分析框架，分析不同产业对商务成本构成敏感度的差异导致它们在特定区域内的协同定位；文章基于1990～2008年的时间序列数据分析了商务成本的不同构成与我国东中西三大地区产业结构变迁之间的均衡关系及动态影响，认为产业结构不同形态对商务成本不同构成的敏感度差异使二者的动态影响呈现多元效应，差异化的商务成本控制战略有利于产业链的离散化布局和区域分工的形成。对此，本文提出了相应的政策建议。Based on vector regression model （VAR）, discusses business cost and three blocks industrial structure change inherent link between. The differences between the three blocks industrial structure determines the pattern of regional development, at present the whole economic environment in the Midwest is still the smooth transfer industry. Finally based on this research put forward policy Suggestions.
