青海海东地区退耕还林后续产业建设研究

摘　　要：青海省于2000年开展退耕还林工作。海东地区是青海省退耕还林的重点区域,海东地区六县均为退耕还林区,退耕还林政策的实施对海东地区人民的生产和生活产生了很大的影响,大力发展后续产业建设变得尤为重要。文章综合海东地区后续产业发展现状,分析制约后续产业发展的因素,针对海东地区的特点,提出一些具有针对性,可操作的,符合海东地区情况的发展模式。The work of returning farmland to forest was started from2000 in Qinghai Province.Haidong is an important region of returning farmland to forest in Qinghai Province, six counties of Haidong are all the area of returning farmland to forest,which changed a lot to produc- tion and life of people.,devote major efforts to develop the follow-up industry is very important.The article comprehensive the develop present condition of follow-up industry in Haidong area, Analysis the factor that check and supervision follow-up industry develops. The characteris- tics aiming at the region of Haidong puts forward some mode ,which is targeted ,operational and according to the development of Haidong aera.
