摘 要:利用LI-6400便携式光合作用测定仪对苦楝叶片光合特性进行研究。结果表明:苦楝净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,有明显的光合午休现象,最高峰出现在12:00,最大净光合速率为5.63μmol/m2.s,光饱和点为1300μmol/m2.s,光补偿点为34.9μmol/m2.s,表观量子效率为0.1031,CO2补偿点为78.5μmol/mol,羧化效率为0.0332。其光饱和点较高、光补偿点低,表明它是一种既有一定的耐荫能力,又能适应较强的阳光辐射,对光适应幅度较宽的植物。An experiment was conducted to study the photosynthesis characteristics of Melia azedarach L.leaves by the LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system.The results showed that the diurnal change of net photosynthesis rate(Pn) of Melia azedarach L.could be expressed as a double – peak curve,exhibiting a clear midday depress,and its first peak occurred at 12:00AM,the maximum values of Pn,light saturation point,light compensation point,apparent quantum yield of sharptooth oak were 5.63μmol/m2·s,1300μmol/m2·s,34.9μmol/m2·s,0.1031;the CO2 ompensation point,carboxylation efficiency were 78.5μmol/mol,0.0332.The light saturation point was high and light compensation point was low,that indicates that Melia azedarach L.is a plant which can adapt to wide extent of light.
