摘　　要：随着新型农村合作医疗制度的推广,其本身存在的问题也日益凸显。文章从新型农村合作医疗制度存在的问题出发,对其法制建设的必要性进行分析,通过对国内政治、经济情况分析及对国外医疗制度的借鉴,阐述了新型农村合作医疗制度法制建设的可行性,进而说明新型农村合作医疗制度法制建设的必然性。With the promotion of new rural cooperative medical care system, problems existing in such system are becoming more and more obvious. Starting from the problems existing in new rural cooperative medical care system, this paper analyzes the necessity to build the legal system for new rural CMS,and elaborates the feasibility of building the legal system by analyzing the domestic political and economic circumstances and the experience of foreign medical care systems ,and further explains the inevitability of building the legal system for new rural cooperative medical care system.
