摘　　要：医院科研是医院综合实力的重要表现,科研管理人员的能力、意识等素质直接关系科研管理以及整个科研水平的高低。但是现阶段,综合性医院中的科研管理人员中还存在着数量和专业素质不够;服务意识、创新意识、成果转化意识不足;管理手段落后等问题。该文针对这些问题,提出了一系列对策建议,力图提高他们的现代化科学管理水平,更好地为医院科研服务。Scientific research is one of the most important aspects of hospital administration. The ability, consciousness and professional quality of scientific research management staff have a direct influence on both the scientific research level and the management quality of the hospital. However,at present,there are lots of problems, such as quantity shortage, low professional quality, and lack of awareness of service, innovation and outcome transformation ,etc. Aiming at improving these issues ,we proposed a series of suggestions and countermeasures ,so as to enhance their scientific management level and better service to the scientific research work in a hospital.
