奥林帕斯AU640生化分析仪三种分析试剂对镁测定的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨肌红蛋白（Mb）、肌酸激酶（CK）、肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）三种分析试剂对奥林帕斯AU640全自动生化分析仪测定血清镁（Mg）结果的影响.方法 质控血清先测Mb,紧接着测Mg,清洗后重复此操作,共10次.将Mb分别换成CK,CK-MB进行同样操作.将质控血清先测一次Mb后,连续测10次Mg,用去离子水代替质控血清同样操作,将Mb分别换成CK,CK-MB做同样操作.结果 在测定Mb,CK和CK-MB后测定Mg与单独测定Mg比较,含量明显增高（t分别为11.449,6.257,7.306,均P＜0.05）.测CK或CK-MB后再测Mg对结果影响持续到第3管,测Mb后再测Mg对结果影响持续到第5管.结论 三种分析试剂对血清镁测定结果均有明显的正干扰,通过对检测项目顺序的调整,加强日常工作中仪器保养,以确保检验结果可靠.Objective To study the influence of three reagent that Mb,CK and CK-MB affected the detection of magnesium by Olympus AU640 automatic analyzer. Methods using quality control serum detected Mb,then detected Mg,repeat this method 10 times after washing analyzer. Changed Mb into CK,CK-MB to measure. Using quality control serum detected Mb,then detected Mg 10 times,repeat this measure with deionized water replace serum,changed Mb into CK,CK-MB to measure. Results The tests of Mb,CK and CK-MB had significant influence on detecting magnesium,the magnesium in- creased obviously（t= 11. 449,6. 257,7. 306,P〈0.05）. The results impact continuously 3 pipes after detecting CK and CK- MB,it impact 5 pipes after Mb. Conclusion The three reagents had significant positive interference on detecting magnesium,should ensure the results reliable by adjusting the tesing sequence and well maintenance.
