快速蚕丝蛋白膜法检测抗精子抗体试验的应用评价

摘　　要：目的 通过临床应用,检验快速蚕丝蛋白膜（简称快速膜法）法检测抗精子抗体AsAb方法的可靠性.方法 将商品试剂与自制蚕丝蛋白膜法试剂同时进行对比和盲测.结果 经比对和盲测,蚕丝蛋白膜法结果略高于商品试剂,统计结果差异无统计学显著性意义（P〉0.05）.结论 经临床应用证明该方法具有简单、快速、敏感的特点.在临床不孕症检查AsAb有较好的应用价值,适合临床应用.Objective To check the reliability of rapid silk protein membrane （i. e. fast membrane method） for exam the Anti-sperm antibodies（AsAb） through the clinical practice. Methods Simultaneously carried on the commodity reagent and the self-made silk protein membrane method reagent ,then contrasting and blind testing the result. Results After the com- parison and blind test that the result of silk protein membrane method was slightly higher than the commodity reagent＇s. There was non-significance difference （P^0. 05） of statistical result. Conclusion After the clinical practice proved that the method has the advantages of simplicity,rapidity and sensitivity. It has high application value for clinical infertility AsAb examination.
