异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗寻常性痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮的有效性及安全性。方法:采用随机开放对照研究,把100例轻、中度寻常性痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各50例),分别应用异维A酸红霉素凝胶(治疗组)、复方维A酸凝胶(对照组)外涂痤疮皮损,按1次/天×8w方案,在治疗前、治疗2、4、8w随访观察,对其疗效和不良反应等记录,进行统计学分析。结果:91例患者完成治疗随访(治疗组44例,对照组45例),失访11例(治疗组5例,对照组6例)。治疗8w后,异维A酸红霉素凝胶组临床治愈率和有效率明显高于复方维A酸凝胶组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且无严重不良反应。结论:异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮安全,疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of erythromycin/isotretinoin gel treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Methods Randomized,open controlled studies of the 100 patients with acne vulgaris were used. All patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group. They were treated with erythromycin（4%）/ tretinoin（0.025%） gel（the treatment group） or erythromycin（2%）/isotretinoin（0.05%） gel（the control group） respectively. All patients were followed-up and observed before treatment,during in the treatment of time 2,4 and 8weeks. The data about effectiveness and safety were collected and statistically analyzed. Results Ninety one cases completed treatment.After 8 weeks of treatment,the effectiveness were better in the study group than in the control group （P0.05）,and no serious adverse reactions were found. Conclusion It is effective and safe of erythromycin/isotretinoin gel treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris.
