肾移植术后异常子宫出血的治疗

摘　　要：目的观察子宫内膜热球去除术和性激素治疗对肾移植术后异常子宫出血的疗效.方法 17例肾移植术后异常子宫出血的患者随机分为两组,分别使用性激素及子宫内膜热球去除术进行治疗,每月观察月经状况至治疗后1 a.结果性激素治疗组总有效率75%,内膜热球去除术组总有效率88.89%,经统计学处理差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论对肾移植术后异常子宫出血的治疗需根据患者年龄、肾功能状况及有无生育要求等进行个体化选择.Objective To observe the effects of hormone therapy and endometrectomy under hysteroscopes on abnormal uterine bleeding after renal transplantation.Methods Seventeen patients with abnormal uterine bleeding after renal transplantation were randomly divided into two groups：A group and B group.Patients in A group were given hormone therapy,and patients in B group were given endometrectomy under hysteroscopes.The menstruation of patients was observed every month until one year after treatment.Result The total effective rate was 75% in patients received hormone therapy（A group）and 88.89% in patients received endometrectomy（B group）,and there was no significantly statistic difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions Treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding after renal transplantation must be selected according to patients renal condition,patients age and requirement for birth in order to individualized treatment.
