摘  要:将标准化管理引入图书馆流通阅览工作,可以提升流通阅览管理效率、解决流通阅览现实难题、实现普遍均等的借阅服务。图书馆流通阅览标准化管理,应坚持服务导向、以人为本、科学系统三个基本原则,主要包括工作环境的标准化管理、业务操作的标准化管理、服务读者的标准化管理、岗位人员的标准化管理这四个方面主要内容,在具体实施过程中还应注意建立标准体系、进行监督检查、适时调整标准、寻求有效激励这几项配套措施。Introducing management of standardization into library circulation and reading work can enhance the management efficiency of circulation and reading, solve its practical problems, and achieve universal and equal lending service. Management of standardization in library circula tion and reading work should adhere to three basic principles including service oriented, people--oriented and scientific and systematic. And it mainly consists of four aspects which are management of standardization in working environment, management of standardization in operating, management of standardization in readers service and management of standardization in position and staff. In the implementation process, several supporting measures such as establishment of standards, conducting supervision and inspection, timely adjustment of standards, finding el fective incentive should be noted.
