摘 要:为了改善消失模铸件表面性能,研发了一种新的转移涂料,涂料主要由成膜剂、溶剂、稀释剂组成。研究表明该涂料的转移性良好,并且得到的铸件表面光洁度大大提高。此外按照不同比例加入金属铝粉(0.074mm)、低温玻璃粉PbO-ZnO-Na2O(0.019mm),配制特种转移涂料,并研究了不同加入量,涂料厚度对转移性能的影响。选用AZ91镁合金作为基体材料,在780℃、真空度-0.06MPa条件下浇注。结果表明,与无转移涂料铸件表面相比,铸造粗糙度大大降低,在加入金属铝粉的转移涂料铸件表面有一层合金化层,表面合金化层的显微硬度达到基体的3倍左右。在加入低温玻璃粉的转移涂料铸件表面获得一层厚度为20~30μm的陶瓷层,可以为基体提供保护,提高镁合金的耐蚀性。In order to improve the surface properties of lost foam castings,a new transfer coating has been developed,which is mainly composed of film forming agent,solvent and diluent.The research shows that the coating has an excellent transferring performance,and the casting surface finish was improved greatly.In addition,metal aluminum powder(0.074 mm) and low temperature glass powder were added to the coating to prepared the special transfer coating,also the effect of aluminum powder,low temperature glass powder(PbO-ZnO-Na2O) addition amount and the coating thickness on the transferring was investigated.AZ61D Mg-alloy was chosen as the substrate material,the metal melt was poured at 780 ℃,and vacuum degree -0.06 MPa.The results show that the casting surface roughness decreased obviously compared with the one without the transfer coating,the casting surface layer was formed a certain thickness alloyed layer when the aluminum powder was added into the coating,the micro-hardness of alloyed layer reaches to three times of the substrate.The casting surface was also found ceramic layer with a thickness of 20~30 μm when glass powder was added into the coating,the ceramic layer can provide protection for the substrate and improve the corrosion resistance of Mg-alloy.
