摘  要:利用商业软件Flow-3D对镁基复合材料Mg2Si/AM60的流变成形和普通液态成形进行了数值模拟。用Pro/E软件建立了三维几何模型,对模拟作了基本理论假设,在商业软件Flow-3D工作平台上建立了Mg2Si/AM60的半固态材料计算模型,实现了材料流变过程的压力和内部缺陷的数值模拟。模拟结果表明:流变成形过程中基本不会出现气孔等内部缺陷,上述模拟结果与实际相吻合。The software Flow-3D was applied to the numerical simulation of Rheo-forming die casting and the conventional liquid die casting to analyze the effect of semi-solid slurry of Mg2Si/AM60 alloy.The 3D geometry model was established by using the software Pro/E.Based on the elementary theory supposition,the Mg2Si/AM60 semi-solid material computation model was established by the Flow-3D working platform.The numerical simulation of the pressure and the inside defects of the material during rheo-diecasting was realized.The results indicate that the Rheo-forming die casting won't lead to interior defects such as gas-hole etc.The simulation result was in accordance with the experimental results.
