摘　　要：消失模泡沫分解、析出过程直接影响金属的充型能力,文中采用数值模拟方法,研究了消失模铸造泡沫分解过程的流体动力学特性,预测了泡沫残留物的产生以及对最终铸件质量的影响,并通过实际发动机缸体进行验证,表明模拟值与实际测量值基本吻合。Foam evaporation has direct influence on metal filling capability in lost foam casting.The numerical simulation method was applied to analyze the fluid dynamic characteristics of the EPS foam evaporization process.The foam residues＇ positions and their influence on quality of casting were predicted and validated with actual engine cylinder.The results show that simulation results matched the practical measure value well.
