摘　　要：介绍一种在双工位倾转式浇注机上配备双管随流孕育装置的方法,不仅可解决双管随流孕育装置的现场安装及随浇注机一起随行移动的问题,而且可解决因浇注机运行、浇包翻转浇注、运行轨道面不平整及不清洁所带来的震动干扰问题,避免该装置的工作性能下降,且方法简单可行,应用安全可靠,具有一定的推广应用价值。A double-station tilting type casting machine equipped with twin-tube stream inoculation device was presented.It can solve not only the problems of field installation and the traveling with the casting machine of the twin-tube stream inoculation device,but also the vibration interference problem resulted from casting machine running,pouring ladle turnover for casting,unevenness and uncleanness of the operation track,and avoid the decline in operating performance of the device.It can be popularized for the simple structure and easy maintenance.
