摘  要:实际工程中,烟气脱硫吸收塔根据是否设置排烟囱有两种结构形式:高塔和低塔。对两种类型的烟气脱硫吸收塔,从如何考虑浆液影响的角度建立不同的有限元模型,并对其进行动力特性对比分析,进而分析内部浆液对吸收塔结构固有频率的影响。分析结果表明,浆液的存在对吸收塔高阶频率影响较大,对低阶频率,尤其是基频影响很小,偏差在1%以内。了解吸收塔的低阶频率时,为简化计算,可以不考虑浆液的影响(干模态法)。In actual projects,the smoke desulphurization absorber tower is often divided into two types:the high tower and the low tower,according to whether to be established a row of chimney.According to the theory of finite element,the different finite element model of smoke desulphurization absorber tower of two kinds(higher tower and lower tower) was established referring to whether considering the slurry in this paper.Then,the dynamic properties analysis was computed and the effect of slurry on the absorber tower was analyzed.The analytic results show that the effect of slurry on the higher order frequency of the absorber tower is greater,but the effect on the lower order frequency is very small,the maximum discrepancy of the calculated results is within 1%.So in order to know the lower-order frequency,the slurry can be ignored to simplify the calculating.
