有线与无线异构工业网络的集成架构研究

摘　　要：在分析了几种基于OSI协议架构的集成模式后,针对工业现场数据通信传输特点和对协议转换实时性能的特殊要求,提出一种面向工业网络、能融合多种无线网段和有线网段的异构网络协议通用转换架构。该转换架构利用统一的数据映像区代替传统帧的转发,并根据不同的网络设备转换调度模块(DCM),实现多种有线和无线终端节点的无缝接入,达到信息协同的目的。On the basis of analyzing integrated patterns of several protocols based on OSI,in accordance with the transmission features of data communication in industrial fields and the special requirement on real-time performance for protocol conversion,the industrial network-oriented universal conversion structure of heterogeneous network protocol that merging multiple wireless and cable networks is proposed.The conversion framework uses united data imaging area instead of conventional frame transmitting,through flexible configuration,aiming at device conversion module of different network,seamless access of variety wireless or cable nodes is implemented to reach the purpose of information cooperation.
