脱扣器寿命测试仪输出电流信号的修正补偿

摘　　要：脱扣器在进行寿命测试时,需要寿命测试仪提供与给定信号一致的输出电流;同时,恒流控制电路的非线性要求对输出电流进行线性补偿校正。研究了脱扣器寿命测试仪输出电流信号的线性补偿校正方法,着重讨论了基于C8051F020单片机对脱扣器寿命测试仪的输出电流信号实现软件线性补偿校正的方法,从而使输出的电流与给定电流保持一一对应的线性关系。实验结果表明,这种方法既简单,又行之有效。During lifetime test of release,it is requested that the test instrument shall provide output current that is consistent with the setup signal,and for the non-linearity of the constant current control circuit,it is necessary to correct and compensate the output current linearly.The method of correct compensation for the tester is researched,and the specific software method of linear correction and compensation implemented based on C8051F020 single chip computer to make the output current keep linear relationship with the setup current is discussed emphatically.The experimental result verifies that the method is simple,practical and effective.
