摘　　要：在总结科技期刊中利益冲突行为特征的基础上,结合国内外出版界利益冲突的典型案例分析,阐述作者、审稿人和编辑在应对利益冲突时应该履行的责任。借鉴美国科学编辑理事会关于利益冲突问题的政策和措施,提出了防范利益冲突的若干对策,认为国内科技期刊应该重视并妥善处理利益冲突问题,公开、监控利益冲突及注重阴性结果的发表是有效规避利益冲突的重要举措。By summarizing and analyzing the characteristics of conflict of interest in sci-tech journals,this paper lists cases of conflict of interest at home and abroad,and gives a comprehensive discussion on the responsibilities of authors,peer reviewers and editors.Taking the editorial policy statements approved by the United States Council of Science Editors（CSE） as the reference,it suggests precautionary measures of conflict of interest.It holds the points that Chinese sci-tech journals should concern about conflict of interest and deal with it appropriately.Effective measures are to disclose and monitor the conflict of interest,and encourage the publication of negative results.
