摘　　要：分析题名拟定、基金资助项目引用、实验材料与仪器标注、参考文献著录等4个方面的不规范问题,揭示这些不规范可能滋长一稿多投、滥引基金资助项目、编造数据、抄袭、剽窃等学术不端行为。论述如何进一步加强这4个方面的规范,以及利用这些规范抵制学术不端行为的作用和措施。Four aspects of non-standard problems on title formulation,foundation project indexing,experimental materials and equipment recording,reference recording,which may produce multi-contribution,abusive foundation project,fabricating data,plagiarism and other academic dishonesty conducts,are analyzed.How to further strengthen the four aspects of standardization and against the academic dishonesty conducts by using these norms are also discussed in this paper.
