摘 要:在详细分析提钻工况下旋挖钻机的受力情况的基础上,建立了其数学模型,并对影响动臂变幅油缸和钻桅变幅油缸载荷的因素进行了理论分析。在Simulink仿真平台上构建了基于MATLAB函数的仿真模型并进行了仿真分析。结果表明:提钻工况下,动臂变幅油缸的载荷和除连杆重力以及动臂重力以外的外力的作用线无关;动臂转角的不同对动臂变幅油缸的载荷以及动臂与回转平台之间的铰链处的约束反力的影响最大。对应工况下的试验数据与仿真数据具有相同的变化趋势,说明该力学模型能够较真实地反映旋挖钻机的力学特性。Based on the detailed mechanics analysis of a rotary drilling rig under drilling-bucket-lifting conditions, a mathematics model was established. The factors influencing the loads of the mast hydraulic cylinder and the lift arm hydraulic cylinder were analyzed respectively. A simulation model based on MATLAB was built up and was simulated in Simulink. The results indicate that, under drilling-bucket-lifting conditions, the load of the lift arm hydraulic cylinder has nothing to do with the acting line of all other external loads except the weights of the connecting rod and the lift arm; the change of lift arm angle has the most impact on both of the loads of lift arm hydraulic cylinder and the support reaction force of the hinge connecting lift arm and swing platform. The simulation data are basically consistent with the experimental ones, which show that the mathematics and simulation model can well describe the mechanics behaviors of the rotary drilling rig.
