摘 要:根据最小势能原理,推导了考虑波纹壳体弹性变形的阻力矩方程,得出了波纹管式关节阻力矩与转角的关系,所得到的结果与力平衡法的结果吻合的很好,验证了该文方法的有效性。然后根据该文推导出的关系式,对关节几何参数和壳体的弹性变形对阻力矩大小的影响进行了分析。分析结果表明,在半径不变的情况下,增加波纹弧长或减小波纹间距可降低关节的阻力矩,在一定转角范围内波纹壳体的弹性变形对关节阻力矩的影响很小。The equation of damping moment due to the elastic deformation of bellows shell is derived by the minimum potential energy principle, and the relations between joint angle and damping moment are gained. The result is nearly the same as that of force balance method. Thusly, the method was proved valid by comparison. The influences of joint’s geometry parameters and elastic deformations of bellows shell on moment are analyzed. The results show that the adding arc size of bellows or reducing space between two bellows can make a damping moment for joint reduce, and the influence of the elastic deformation to joint damping moment is very small in a certain range.
