摘　　要：人类基因组测序工作完成后,代谢组学正成为后基因组时代生命科学研究领域的研究热点。代谢组学的兴起本身对分析方法提出重大挑战,本文介绍安捷伦的超高解析度的6500系列Q-TOFMS与功能强大的生物信息学软件Mass Proffler Professional(MPP)为多领域代谢组学研究提供的全流程解决方案。After the Human genome project has been completed, metabolomics is becoming a hot-topic m the post- genomic era of life science research. Metabolomics triggers important challenges to analytical methodology. This arti- cle introduces the ultra-high resolution Agilent 6500 Series Q-TOF MS and the powerful bioinformatics software Mass Profiler Professional （MPP） for the metabolomic study in various fields, by providing the totally workflow solutions.
