电化学反应中电压对TiO_2纳米管形貌和光学性质的影响

摘  要:以磷酸和氢氟酸的混合溶液为溶剂,钛片为阳极,采用电化学方法制备TiO_2纳米管。并利用XRD,SEM,UV-Vis等方法对样品进行表征。结果表明:在10~25V之间的电压值,可以制备出形貌规则的TiO_2纳米管。并且随着电压的升高,纳米管的直径增大。电压过低或过高,都不能够制备出TiO_2纳米管。此外,随反应电压的升高,TiO_2的光吸收有所增强,吸收边向长波方向发生移动,光吸收性能有明显提高。TiO2 nanotubes were synthysized by an electrochemical method in the mixture electrolyte of H3PO4 and HF, while Ti plates were used as anode. The as- synthesized productions were characterized by XRD SEM and UV-vis. In summary, the TiO2 nanotubes can be successfully synthesized at the voltage range of 10V and 25V. The diameters of the nanotubes increased with the increasing voltages. At the same time, optical absorption edge of TiO2 nanotubes shifted to longer wavelength region, the intensity of optical absorption and the using efficiency of linght were improved.
