摘  要:为有效利用盐碱土发展甜高粱的种植业和产业化,选育出高耐盐性甜高粱品种,以BJ-17、BJ-18和M-0011甜高粱品种(系)为材料,研究了盐胁迫对甜高粱种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同浓度NaCl胁迫下,甜高粱种子的萌发均受到了不同程度的抑制,且NaCl浓度越高,萌发率越低;在400mmol/LNaCl胁迫下,3个品种(系)甜高粱幼苗的6项生理生化指标均表现出以下变化:鲜重和株高均有所下降,叶片电解质相对外渗率、丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量均有所上升,叶片叶绿素含量下降,尤其是叶绿素b含量下降最为明显;而且6项生理生化指标都表现出显著差异;综合3个甜高粱品种(系)各项生理生化指标变化结果,BJ-18具有较强的耐盐性,BJ-17弱之,M1-00110的耐盐性最差。In order to effectively use saline-alkali soil to develop the planting and industrialization of sweet sorghum, bred sweet sorghum varieties with high salt-tolerance, in this study, three varieties, BJ-17, BJ-18 and M-0011, of sweet sorghum were used as materials to study their tolerance to salt stress. The results showed that seed germination was inhibited with the increasing concentration of NaCl. Comparison of the six physiological and biochemical indicators assayed showed the following trends: after 400 mmol/L NaCl treatment, seedlings fresh weight and height were decreased, the relative electrolyte leakage rate of leaves as well as the MDA and proline content increased, leaf chlorophyll content dropped, especially, chlorophyll b content declined obviously. And six physiological and biochemical indicators showed significant differences; among the three sweet sorghum varieties (strains), BJ-18 had the strongest salt tolerance, BJ-17 was in the middle, and M1-00110 was sensitive to salt stress.
