摘  要:通过长期连作对大蒜生长状况以及保护酶活性的研究,旨在揭示连作对大蒜生长及生理生化指标的影响机制。采用大蒜连作0(CK)、5、10、15、20年的土壤再分别盆栽大蒜,分别测定大蒜生长期的生长和生理生化指标。试验结果表明:随连作年限的增加,大蒜生长和生理生化指标均呈现先升后降的趋势,与对照相比,连作5-10年对大蒜的生长和生理生化指标均有促进作用,未发生连作障碍;但长期连作(15-20年)后均呈现下降趋势,大蒜生长受限、光合作用和保护酶活性下降,连作障碍明显。In this paper, the growth and physiological and biochemical of garlic after continuous cropping were studied to reveal the mechanism for the effects of continuous cropping on the garlic physiology. With the soils cropped garlic for 0 (control), 5, 10, 15, 20 years as test materials, a pot experiment was conducted to investigate the influence of garlic continuous cropping on the growth and physiological and biochemical. The results showed that: with the increasing of continuous cropping years, the growth and physiological and biochemical indicators of garlic were first increased and then decreased, compared with the control, the short-term (5 to 10 years) on garlic growth and physiological and biochemical indexes were promoted and didn't occur cropping obstacles; but long-term (15 to 20 years) showed a downward trend, the obstacles of continuous cropping were obvious.
