摘 要:【目的】为了解不同寄主致病疫霉菌群体遗传结构的差异。【方法】用SSR分子标记技术对采集自中国不同地区不同寄主来源的60个致病疫霉菌(Phytophthora infestans)群体遗传多样性进行比较分析。【结论】(1)番茄致病疫霉菌群体Nei's基因多样性指数、Shannon's信息指数及有效等位基因数等遗传多样性指数(分别为0.1528、0.2592、1.2170)均高于马铃薯致病疫霉菌(分别为0.1395、0.2447、1.1913),表明番茄致病疫霉菌群体遗传多样性高于马铃薯致病疫霉菌群体;(2)聚类分析结果表明:SSR标记分析的遗传系谱与菌株对甲霜灵敏感性、交配型无相关性,而与mtDNA单倍型有一定的相关性。[ Object ] In order to understand the difference of Phytophthora infestans population genetic structure from different hosts. [ Method ] SSR molecular markers were assayed to determine the population genetic diversity of 60 representative Phytophthora infestans isolates from China. [ Conclusion ] (1).The results showed that the genetic diversity index of Nei ' s genetic diversity index,Shannon ' s information index and the effective number of alleles ( 0.1528, 0.2592, 1.2170 ) of host plant tomato pathogenic Phytophthora species were higher than those (0.1395, 0.2447, 1.1913) of the host plant potato Phytophthora species,the results indicated the genetic diversity of host plant tomato Phytophthora species was higher than the host plant potato Phytophthora species. (2) There was not relationship between the genetic lineage and metalaxy sensitivity and Mating type, but there was relationship between the genetic lineage and mtDNA Haplotype.
