摘　　要：随着现代影像医学的迅速发展,传统的医学影像教学模式已不能适应时代的发展和要求。PACS的出现及应用为医学影像教学模式的改革提供了有利条件,利用PACS建立数字化的影像教学系统是未来影像教学工作规模化发展的趋势。但目前建立基于PACS的影像教学系统国内、外还没有成熟的经验,文章通过分析基于PACS的影像教学系统的现状及存在的问题,提出了解决对策。With the rapid development of modern medical imaging,the traditional modes of medical imaging teaching fail to adapt the requirements of the times.The application of PACS has provided favorable conditions for reform of the medical imaging teaching model,and establishing digital imaging teaching system based on PACS is a trend for development of future imaging teaching.However,there is no yet mature experience to establish the system at home and abroad.The paper,through analyzing the status and existing problems of this teaching system,puts forward some countermeasures.
