摘　　要：6周岁儿童预防接种白破二联疫苗后,不良反应多以局部反应为主,过敏反应比较少见。2007年海曙区发生一起接种白破二联疫苗致过敏性紫癜事件,经迅速救治及采取相应措施,患儿愈后良好,不良反应事件得到妥善处置。After diphtheria-tetanus vaccine inoculation,the main adverse reactions to children 6 years old is local reaction,and relatively allergic reactions are seldom.There was a case results from diphtheria-tetanus vaccine inoculation was found with allergic purpura in Haishu District in 2007.However,af-ter the prompt treatment and taking corresponding measures,the child had favorable prognosis and the adverse event were properly treated.
