摘 要:目的分析慈溪市1996-2008年细菌性痢疾病例的流行病学特征,探索流行规律,为防制工作提供科学依据。方法对慈溪市1996-2008年菌痢病例进行描述性流行病学分析,用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果慈溪市13年间共报告菌痢5 252例,年平均报告发病率波动在16.19/10万-33.14/10万之间,整体呈下降趋势;0-9岁组人群高发,占29.25%;发病高峰在7-10月份,呈单峰型。结论慈溪市是菌痢好发地区,发病与该市居民饮食习惯、卫生意识等因素有关,开展肠道传染病防治知识宣传、加强饮食卫生管理是预防菌痢流行的有效方法。Objective To study the epidemical characteristics of bacillary dysentery in Cixi city and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of the diseases.Methods The annual cases of bacillary dysentery were reported to Cixi municipal CDC from 1996-2008.The data were analyzed with SPSS,and descriptive epidemiological analysis was adopted.Results 5 252 cases of bacillary dysentery were reported in Cixi city from 1996 to 2008,with annual incidence rate of 22.33/lakh-52.01/lakh.The incidence rate had been decreasing during the period.The epidemic season of the disease was from July to October.Children aged 0-9 were high risk population(29.25% of cases).Conclusion The outbreaks of bacillary dysentery were associated with health behaviors and safety of food and drink water.It is important to implement the preventive actions,which includes educating residents with healthy behaviors,decreasing the chances drink water contamination and the reinforcement of management of food related business.
