摘　　要：生态资本是一种新型的未来资本,更是可持续发展的核心资本。生态资本理论研究是全球生态化发展进程中不可回避的基础课题,而明晰生态资本的构成要素不可或缺。本文通过对生态经济学文献的回顾,梳理了生态资本的概念界定、生态资本的价值评估、生态资本运营等问题,认为生态资本的构成要素应该包括使用价值、产权、生态技术和生态市场。在理论上廓清生态资本的范围,有利于在实践中明确生态资本运营的方式和过程,为生态资本运营提供可资借鉴的范式。Ecological capital is a new future capital,and that it's the core capital of sustainable development.Ecological capital theory is the based issue which can not be avoided in the world's ecological development process.This paper reviews the literature on ecological economics,such as the definition of ecological capital,the value of ecological capital assessment,ecological capital operation and so on.A scientific definition in theory is beneficial to clear the operation method of ecological capital and we can draw lesson on how to operate ecological capital from it.
