急诊患者院内安全转运的管理方法与体会

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊患者院内安全转运的管理方法及应用效果。方法依据风险管理原则,制订具体转运方法,包括:转运前做好各种协调工作和人员安排、仪器选择等准备工作;转运过程中对患者病情密切监测,防止意外发生。结果所有患者均安全转运到新急诊楼,未发生一例常见转运并发症及与护理有关的护患纠纷。结论风险管理方法可以保障急诊患者院内转运中的安全。Objective To explore how to safely transport patients of emergency departments in the hospital. Methods According to the risk management principle, a specific transportation plan was developed,which included full preparation before transportation and careful monitoring during transportation to prevent accidents. The preparation included a variety of coordination work,personnel arrangement,and devices selection. Results All the patients were safely transported to the new building of the emergency department without any transportation complication and nurse - client dispute. Conclusion The risk management can ensure the safe transportation of patients of emergency departments in the hospital.
