护理警示标识在心内科急症介入治疗围手术期的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨警示标识在心内科急症介入治疗围手术期的应用及效果。方法对心内科常见急症介入治疗围手术期病人采用警示标识管理措施,流程化运作,加强对护理服务过程关键点的控制。结果急症介入治疗围手术期应用警示标识后,未发生术前准备未完成病人提前送入导管室、药物交接班差错、药物外渗及出血、鞘管脱出、电极移位等不良事件,病人对围手术期护理工作满意度为98.45%。结论采用规范、醒目、针对性的警示标识管理,可确保病人安全,提高病人满意度。Objective Tn explore the efteets of warning signs applied in the perioperalive period of Jnterventional treatment among patients with acute heart diseases. Methods During the perioperative period of interventional treatment,the patients with common acute heart diseases received the management measures about warning signs, adopting process operation and strengthening the management of key points of nursing procedure. Results After applying the warning signs management, no any adverse events happened, such as the patients without complete pereoperative preparation being sent into the catheterization lab too early,drug shift -changing errors,drug leakage and bleeding, sheath extrusion, and so on. The satisfaction of patients with the perioperative care work was 98.45%. Conclusion The application of the management system of the standardized, striking,and targeted warning signs can ensure the safety of patients improve the satisfaction of patients.
