压力泵治疗仪预防骨科术后患者下肢深静脉血栓的效果

摘　　要：目的观察压力泵治疗仪预防骨科术后患者下肢深静脉血栓(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)的效果。方法选择2009年9月-2010年3月本科室40例骨科术后患者为对照组,选择同期术后患者32例为观察组。对照组采用低分子肝素皮下注射治疗,观察组使用压力泵治疗仪辅助治疗,比较两组患者DVT形成情况及静脉栓子检出率、栓子直径。结果两组患者术后10d均没有发生DVT,观察组静脉栓子检出率低于对照组(P<0.01),且栓子以自行吸收栓子(直径0.1cm-0.3cm)为主。结论骨科术后患者使用压力泵治疗仪能有效降低静脉栓子形成的危险,预防DVT的发生,且经济实惠,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of pressure pump apparatus on preventing venous thrombosis in orthopedic patients after treatment.Methods Forty patients who underwent orthopedic surgery from September 2009 to March 2010 were selected as the control group,and another 32 patients were selected as the observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection,while those in the observation group were treated with adjuvant therapy apparatus of compression therapy.Deep vein thrombosis（DVT） formation and the incidence of postoperative DVT were observed.Results There were no DVT after 10 d operation.Vein thrombosis detection rate of the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and Emboli were mostly self-absorption ones（diameter 0.1-0.3 cm）.Conclusion Pressure pump therapy apparatus can effectively reduce the risk of venous emboli formed and prevent the formation of DVT,and it is affordable and is worthy of clinical application.
